This is a lovely hooded raincoat for use in spring/summer showers when my daughter needs to keep dry but a bulkier coat would be too warm.The design features cats and umbrellas and is bright and colourful against the navy background. It's lightweight and folds small enough to store in her backpack for school when not being worn.My daughter is nine so I ordered a 9-10 and it fits really well even with a hoodie or similar top underneath it. For reference my daughter is 4ft 3" and quite slim for her age and lengthwise the coat falls just below her bottom.The sleeves are a little long but not overly so and they're elasticated anyway for a better fit. It's also adjustable around the waist and has a couple of pockets.The body of the coat is lined inside with soft fabric in a pretty lilac colour and feels soft and warm to wear. My daughter loves it, and since she adores cats I have a feeling we'll be ordering this coat again in the next size up when she grows out of this one..
