This vest has made it possible to live again in the dessert. I have Anhidrosis. I do not sweat. Therefore my body overheats causing me to be very sick and at times has resulted in a heatstroke. I live where the temps are currently (June) 110+. I have not tested it out in at this high of a temp. yet but at 90+ degrees I was able to comfortably enjoy a little league baseball game for 2 hours. After getting home and taking off the vest over an hour later my core was still cool. The fit is pretty spot on. I suggest getting a size that will be kind of snug so the ice will stay close to your body.
