I just received my coat today. I am 4'11 and 154 lbs, I fit a size 11/12, after reading others reviews I decided to order a size Large! Big mistake! I should have ordered a size Extra Large. It's a cute coat considering the affordable price, however, the sizes do run a little bit small. A size Large is more like a size Medium, so go one size up unless your very skinny. I saw another review that showed a picture of the coat with gold accent buttons. This coat does not have gold buttons!!!!! I think some of these reviews are fake or made up!!! I order from Amazon all the time. This is a true review!!! I'm currently working on returning this size for a larger one.I rated this item for several reasons. The packaging was bad,when it came in it was shoved in a bag causing the fur on the hood to look horrible. I ordered a large based class on their ratings and it didn't fit. Usually a L fits a bit loose but this one didn't even close.
